DrT's Rid-A-Critter is designed for use outdoors to control rabbits around ornamental plants and gardens, and for use indoors to repel squirrels, bats and birds. Migration of the targeted animal(s) is immediate after application, and unwanted pests are continuously repelled. Ease of application and spot treatment/removal make Rid-A-Critter an essential weapon in the control of rabbits and squirrels in your home and garden.

GENERAL INFORMATION Rid-A-Critter is a rabbit repellent and squirrel repellent created by Dr. T's Nature Products. Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit Repellent and Squirrel Repellent were designed to eliminate the presence of nuisance rabbits from within gardens and yards. It was also designed to eliminate the presence of squirrels from within attics, fireplaces and enclosed areas that they are not welcome. Rid-A-Critter animal repellant can be used indoors and outdoors as it is needed and will last four weeks before it will need to be reapplied. Sprinkle Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit Repellent and Squirrel Repellent around the edge of flowerbeds or place in a dish for spot treatments in an attic or fireplace for effective rabbit control and squirrel control.

The active ingredient in Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit and Squirrel Repellent is Naphthalene. Naphthalene affects the sense of smell of nuisance animals and causes a reaction that leads to retreat. Rid-A-Critter animal control is effective because the reactions caused by Naphthalene are only temporary and will dissipate after the animal comes into contact with fresh air.

Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit Repellent and Squirrel Repellant also is effective against rabbits because it affects their sense of smell. It smells offensive to rabbits and prevents them from going to protected areas. If the rabbit comes in contact with Rid-A-Critter rabbit control, it will experience a temporary increase in its respiration and level of CO2 in its blood. The rabbit will only experience this until it removes itself from the treated area and reaches fresh air. These symptoms will affect the rabbit every time it approaches a protected area. This will conclusively "train" the rabbit to feed in other areas.

Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit Repellent and Squirrel Repellent affects the sense of smell of the squirrels. Their reaction to Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter rabbit and squirrel control is similar to that in rabbits whereas Rid-A-Critter's scent is very offensive to squirrels. It affects their sensory perception, deterring the squirrels from the protected area. Squirrels are harder to control because of their lack of shyness and results may take 24-48 hours to be noticed. The purpose of Rid-A-Critter is to "train" the squirrels to carry on with their activities elsewhere.

Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit and Squirrel Repellant will make the targeted animals feel uncomfortable due to respirator fluctuation and will leave them three choices:

Tolerate the change
Migrate
Perish
Migration is the expected and proven result with use of this product.

Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit and Squirrel Repellant can be used indoors against squirrels that have invaded an attic or fireplace and it can be used outdoors against nuisance rabbits that are eating your foliage. It is very effective when used correctly. For a spot treating and easy removal system, place small amounts of product in a mesh bag or cheesecloth of some kind. For squirrels, do not apply the product directly in the attic or fireplace. Animals will depart shortly after the application of Dr. T's Rid-A-Critter Rabbit and Squirrel Repellent. Exclusionary methods should be taken after departure of the animals. Seal up all openings, cracks and holes to prevent the animals from returning to the protected area. Remember that even the smallest crack can be their doorway in.

For rabbits, at the first sign of growth of roses, spring bulbs and flowers of other plants, protect them by applying one or more inch-wide bands around the area to be treated to discourage visitations to treated areas. Do not apply directly onto foliage or stems. Hot weather and high winds may necessitate more frequent applications.
