SHIPPING

The following reflects the charges for Ground

All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will have an additional charge for Air Freight.

All aerosol cans must ship Ground Shiping Only.

$20.00 to $50.00 - $8.49

$50.01 to $75.00 - $9.49

$75.01 to $100.00 - $10.49

$100.01 to $125.00 - $11.49

$125.01 to $150.00 - $12.49

$150.00 to $200.00 - $13.49

Over $200.00 - FREE shipping.

There will be a $15 additional charge added at time of Check-Out for orders shipped to: AK,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI

Hours are: 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Thur & 9 am to 1 pm Friday.

We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 3 P.M. Central time are shipped out within 2 business days and most times your order will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the first business day back and shipped out as soon as possible. The actual time an item is in transit can vary from 2 to 5 days, according to your location and seasonal shipping fluctuations.
"Rush Handling" Orders received by 11 am Central Time are Rushed to the front of our Order Processing line. We then select the shipping method that will get to you in the least amount of time, using UPS or Fed Ex Home Delivery. Your order is then processed thorough the line and shipped out the same day. "Rush Handling" orders have a nominal $4.99 charge applied. Fed Ex Home Delivery will make delivers Tuesdays through Saturdays. UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Fridays.

DAMAGE and RETURNS

We try our best to make sure your order is what you ordered and that it will arrive in good condition, but, if for some reason that doesn't happen contact us at thedepot@sunflower.com with the following information:

Your Name
What is wrong with your order
A phone number where you can be contacted

We will handle all damages through the carrier. If a mistake has been made on your order, or there is a need to return an item, just explain this in your email.

Items to be returned will be issued an RMA# and instructions for returning your merchandise.

You have 20 days to contact us and all items must be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days we cannot accept returns.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Packages cannot be marked or defaced in any manner. We cannot accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
